USE OF FACILITIES

1.         A calendar of activities will be kept by the church office.

2.        The church facilities are to be made available on a priority basis first to the church-sponsored functions and then to personal use by parish families. Organized league sports will not be permitted unless a certificate of insurance is provided.

3.        Outside groups will be asked to make a donation to cover costs of heating, lighting, and other related expenses. The following prices are suggested:

Lounge: $15.00

Kitchen & Fellowship Center: $150.00

Board Room: $20.00

Conference Room: $15.00

4.      There is to be no use of tobacco, use or possession of illicit drugs, use of alcoholic beverages, dancing, or gambling in our facilities.

5.      The trustees and/or pastor shall have the responsibility for the engaging, rental, or loaning of church property or facilities, and a sign-out book is to be kept for property loaned.  All equipment must be returned to the church by Saturday night unless special arrangements are made with the Head Trustee.

6.      We request that all activities be terminated by 10:30 p.m. unless special permission is granted.

7.      An approved scout troop will not be charged for use of the facilities.

8.     Prayer shall be offered at all church sponsored events.
